I need it to recover my steam account since they say its the only way to prove my ownership
If you bought them, you should know where you got the keys from.
Search your emails for receipts.

my friend bought them and the email didnt have a cd key
Steam Support only accepts physical Cd keys anyway, meaning a picture of a piece of paper that comes with a game case to activate on Steam.

Games bought on Steam are not accepted as account ownership evidence or in rare cases just with payment receipts like credit card statements.

Then you are most likely out of luck. You can try asking Support if they accept anything else as ownership evidence.
You can take a pic of the cd key from the site you bought it, email, receipt etc. It will work, it's not entirely physical. Preferably, do it with more games if you got it. Say you got 5 games off key sites, preferably share all those pics of the cd keys from those sites. That increases the trust factor.

Also you never bought a cd key yourself? They're all copy pasted and given from friends 0.o?

I tried, they said thats the only thing aside from wallet codes which im also unsure how to get
Well, it's a limited account, which also makes it likely that none of the games on it have been bought in the Steam store. If they haven't been bought in the Steam store, they have been registered via keys.

You can even check that on the license page: https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/
Anything that has an acquisition method "Retail" was added via a key. There's also "Complimentary", which designates free stuff from the Steam store. Keys that have been obtained for free are still "Retail", because Steam has no purchase details on them.

Getting accounts from "friends" is always asking for trouble, unless they are actually real friends. If you didn't add those keys, they did... so they should have it.

Limited account meaning, never added or spent $5 on Steam yourself.
