How to read the file size for a mod on steam workshop

I've been wondering this for a while now but how do you read the file size of a mod? the most mods I have are for BO3 but I can't seem to understand the sizes of them.

It tells you the file size when you visit the mod page.

Let take this mod for example

File size 19.558MB / 19 DOT 558MB, it's 19MB and 558KB big that how big the mod is, it's little under 20MB.

On the page it says 1.708.624 mb. From the file that acutally has a preview image I found out it was 13gb but I'm not sure how you get that frim that number.

I thought this was fixed by now, I guess they never got around to this, then just ignore what I said above as it apply to smaller mods size files, compare to larger files, I known of this issue back in 2015, or 2016 somewhere around there as it display wrong size when downloaded.

I don't know if there away to check for file size for those before download.
