"This purchase is pending while steam attempts to collect payment"

Recently i tried to purchase a DLC on steam and the transaction failed. This message it what shows after clicking Purchase "this purchase is pending while steam attempts to collect payment". After that the transaction failed.
The thing is, before I only had to confirm the transaction in a banking phone app. Now after purchasing besides confirmation on the phone app a pop-up window related to the bank app appears on my steam client. I confirm the purchase via the phone app, the bank approves the transaction but hat pop-up still stays. I don't have this pop-up problem on other pltaforms such as Battlenet or Uplay.

Visit your purchase history, does it say pending, or failed?
