This 100% working:
1 - Go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
2 - Select Windows 7 / Vista / 2008 / 2003 ( or whatever it is your system )
3 - Select " Flash Player for Other Browsers " <-- Make sure you choose "Other Browsers"
4 - Untick any bloatware that shows up ( McAfee, Chrome, etc )
5 - Download & Install
6 - Restart Steam
be sure that you choose point 2 (no matter that you have win 8 etc) and other browsers.
thx to Alf
Worked for me too.
thanks
If you guys are still having issues with Flash and the fix i posted doesn't work for you, try this fix here:

If nothing works for you guys, you can watch videos and pictures in Big Picture Mode, while waiting a fix from Valve.
Sux...I was actually looking at a few games that were on sale this week, but cant see gameplay or screenshots and its just annoying.
Inb4 Smartalec answers - (Yes, I know I can open up a new browser window and go to youtube for gameplay videos but that just adds extra steps for a game i am only kinda interested in. I'll just skip buying anything for now)
