My flash player dosen't work

Hi, i think there was some update to the steam that now i can't manage to see the game's trailers neither the pics. It say's that i need to install the newer flash version however i have it already. In Bigpicture mode i can see the trailers etc, but in normal mode the windows are crashed. I've disabled the steam beta but nothing i've checked the flash plugin and it's active. Whatever the console assumes that there isn't any flash update. I can tell that i have the Windows 8.1 in my pc, i dunno if this has somekind of incompatibillity.
Any suggestion?

Thank you anyway, but i've managed to fix the problem. Unfortunatly that link i've checked in the first place, there was another player with the same problem and he had help from another link, this one i've managed to pass the flash instalation confirmation since i have the windows 8.1 and the flash exists already in the OS. Well in any case thanks for the quick support.
