Is it only F12 for screenshot?

Hi,
I'm trying to take some screenshot, I press F12 and go on the menu for upload my screenshot but everytime I go in the option... there is no screenshots... I don't understand, someone can help me please?

Go to Settings > In-Game > Screenshot shortcut keys

Reset your shortcut key button.

If you have a Fn (function) key on your keyboard, you need to hold then and then press F12 to take a screenshot. This was annoying to me, so I either have mine set to the tilde key (~) or a button on my mouse.
