hmm i'v saw a link which is saying :Rust "reboot" is coming and everyone's going to get it:

so everyone will take it free or the users who bought the earlly acces of the game ?

I do not own the game but there is probably something official in the game's forum or news page.

The Alpha is the only version I'm aware that exists as it has not made it to beta to my knowledge. Try the rust forums or the rust website to hear from actual rust users and developers http://playrust.com/

That's completely up to you and your preferences/opinions. It is an early access game so it is incomplete probably buggy and prone to major changes. Like the store page says if you are not excited to play it in its current form do not purchase it. If you chose to you will get all updates through the full release version whenever that may be (likely over a year)

Personally i would hold off until the new version has been out for awhile as I believe it is the one the finished title will be developed from.

There is no definitive or gaurunteed date. The developers have internal goals and they typically don't publish them because if they did complaints would occur. You just have to monitor the game's development see what its planned features are and judge if they are developing those features in a time period deemed acceptable by you.
