Can I receive a text message when a game goes on sale?

I'd buy it when it goes on sale, but I don't login every day. How can I set it up so I receive a mobile text when it goes on sale?

steam should email you for games in the wishlist but ist does not do it that well.

Add the game to your wish list and you'll get an email from Steam when it goes on sale.

Back when I still tried using the Wishlist for anything, my impression was that it rarely works.

worked a short wile for me than it stoped working.
never any problems getting my steam emails.
