Razer Macros and Steam Games

Ok after that disclaimer I am looking for general help making a macro that works for my some of my steam games. I got a Razer Black Widow recently for some of the fighting games I own. I curently playing KoF13 and MK:KE.

I used the synapse 2.0 to create a macro that combines my corners for example simultaneously press of "W" & "A" W = Up and A = Left/Back. I did this so when I perform a quarter circle instead of pressing

1) First I made a profile called "Fight Mode"

2) I than made the macro by pressing both keys and using "no Delay". Named it Macro 1

3) I than went back to the keyboard screen and assigned "Q" with Macro 1.

4) I repeated these steps for "E" "C" and "Z" to represent the full circle of motion commands.

It Works for example aw shows when typing and pressing Q.

THE PROBLEM: is when in either games my macro does not work at all. Am I doing something wrong in the creation of the macros? Do these games somehow disable macros?

Anyfeed back from Razer users / Macro Keyboard players/ MK/KOF/Street Fighter/Skull players is appreciated.

AND PLEASSSEEEEE I have a 360 pad and in the past I used to use arcade sticks for fighting games on consoles. Suggest it all you want but this thread is solely for people trying to maximize the keyboard experience.
