Can't Drag Items Into the Trade Box.

I can freely trade with any person, but this one friend. Once I tried to drag any items except Steam items, they weren't added to the trade. However, I had this problem with another person. And suddenly a 'the steam community is currently unavailable. please try again later' message, I then traded him again, and it was fixed. But yet again, I cannot still trade almost anything with that person.

I have had this happen to me twice once I was able to solve by having the other person gift me an item then I could give it back to him and trade normally. Of course this only works with friends...

The other person's inventory might be full or you could just double click and see if that works. +rep me if this works
