Shift-Tab menu in Russian for some reason
I was farting around in Garry's mod when i got a message from my steam friend so i hit Shift-Tab and it was Russian Unicode and i can't fix it! HELP I CAN"T UNDER STAND JACK

choose English

Happened to me to just now, got to say there are few things more instantly annoying than shift tabbing to add a friend and its in f***ing noodle language (no offense to noodle language speakers)
