SOS I need help with GTA IV

Hi guys, I just bought the complete pack of GTA IV for 30 pounds but I can't play Liberty version eventhough it's finished, the main GTA IV is still being downloaded, do I need to wait until the main version to be done to play both?

Incorrect. Episodes from liberty city is stand alone.

GTA IV and EFLC are separate games in all forms other than DLC from GFWL. And they are installed to separate directiories.

Why it doesn't work exactly? Some error message or something?
