Auto Trade Scam!

Please help me to get my items back...I was Hospitalized last week and i didnt open my steam account.but then when i got home and open my steam account to play Dota2 all my rare and immortal items(including the unlocked couriers in the event) had been traded by the ig name:Mr.CzaR. Please help me get my items back and banned this hacker.I spend a lot of my budget just to buy items and its just gone by just a hacker.pls help.

Well someone either got your password or got access to your PC, both are your responsibility.

You can try to contact support and ask for help with the items and they MAY give them back if you are lucky. One time offer. They also might not get them back.

Did you get any messages before that said "my friend can't add you, please add him" and then a link to a "profile" that you had to copy and paste? Those are phishers.

Can you think of any other way they did it? You should think about this. They can't do it without using your password/email or your PC.

lol.thats why i was here.because i need help..i dont have any idea why and whow they do that kind of thing..i just found out when i browse my trade history..

Is your password something simple like 123456? Highly doubtful someone would just randomly try to access your account by guessing passwords but just throwing it out there.

Do you live alone? I understand you have your own pc but there's no way anyone else could get access to it?

i have a brother.but dota 2 is not his genre.I dont know man.im just down right and im thinking of stop playing it..i just lost a lot of money to this game.

I hate to tell you but he could have done it so he could trade/sell the items for a game he does play. From everything you've said that's about the only thing that could have happened.

yeah. i cant blame you by that.but i think someone might know it..to think..you have to wait 7 days and get notif if your just another person..and i have this computer cafe that i played when im outside the house.maybe there..theres one i guess.

I guess the STEAM doesnt care to me after all.After all what I have spent to this game.They didnt help me at all.Its useless to ask help here.Im disappointed.After all the money they have get to the people they cant help a single people. T_T

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Playing on your own account at a "cafe" is a risk. Your risk, not Valves.

Lol.i did change my password before that happens.thats why im asking for help..i know the risk on playing outside the house.i dont know what to do now.
