STUPID 'Search with Bing' Ads by OffersWizard

How do i get rid of this crap? I just recently got internet back on my main PC and then I see a 'Search with Bing' Ads by OffersWizard tool bar on Firefox, and on some webpages like Youtube and AMD Driver Support. I have Adblock plus on and I don't see anything in the uninstall program that I can uninstall. I've already removed Firefox once and used CCleaner and cleaned the registry. What do I do?? It's so annoying.
