Steam Apps folder won't have your account name. What exactly are you looking for.

I don't believe there is one for Steam. There is a user data folder. What does the user account folder supposedly contain?

For Steam? Or for Windows?

I don't think there is a "username" folder in Steam.
But there is one for windows. In the modern Windows, I think you are looking for C:\Users\<UserName>

I have never seen such a folder. But there it is. Not sure why, but maybe you could try looking for another tutorial.

EDIT: If you're looking for where your games are installed, that's under "C:/program files(x86)/steam/steamapps/common", not any "account folder".

All your games are located in the common folder- Notice he didn't show what was actually in it.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common

Also that video is over a year and a half old things can change

That video is wrong. All your games are stored by Default in the "Common" folder in Steamapps. That username folder... I have no idea where he got that from, he probably just made it one day and put it in there.

Edit:
I didn't pay attention to the date, but in the 3 years I've used Steam, I never noticed a username folder, it's always been the Common folder.
