find the CD key for Dishonored

I bought a couple of copies of this game on CD. Entered the key off the manual and downloaded from Steam. Then I got mixed up as to which manuals key I had entered, found what I thought was the most likely one, and entered the key on my son's Steam account expecting it to say "key already used" or such like to confirm I had used that one. But it didn't Steam accepted it. How can I find out what key I have entered - now I'm totally mixed up as to which of my 3 Dishonored games keys I have used and which not. Obviously I don't want to use them all up experimenting to find out which one(s) I have used. Thanks.

Had a peek in there (Arkane) nothing resembling a CD key, unless I was looking in the wrong bit.

CD Keys are not shown on your account. There would be no way to know which one you actually redeemed.

You could try to activate the keys on your existing account you already did.
If you try to activate the key you already activated, I believe it tells you.
If you try to activate a key you already own the game, it will tell you.
If you try to activate a key already owned by someone else, it will also tell you.

Edit:
seems it won't tell you the difference between the key you used, and the key you already owned. Just says you already own it.

I tried that, it just says I already own the product.

I guess you just have to wait until you have an account you actually want to redeem the game on, then guess and check. No harm in trying to activate the two copies you already did on your account and your son's account.
