BitDefender shouldn't be reporting anything on gameoverlayui.exe.
Edit:
Never mind, you may try to delete GameOverlayUI.exe and let Steam redownload it.
if you already made an account in the support forum of favorite antivirus, you can upload the supicious *.exe thing there and let their experts figure it out if it's a false positive or if your file is in fact infected.
if you are sure that the suspicious file is clean by scanning it with updated bitdefender and other online scanners, then you can add the file as an exception (safe file list)
Found it. It's in the C:\program files (x86)\steam area and it is 94KB in size.
Better than wasting time posting about it somewhere else
If its a file upload it to virustotal and give them the link.
