DirectX/ Cabinet File not trusted

Hi I recently downloaded Gmod and it wont let me play because my DirectX is out of date. I to download it and and it says my cabinet file cant be trusted. I Googled the issue and it got me nowhere. Plz help i already enabled my Cryptographic service and im clueless help me.
