Transferring Account Data?

Hello! Is there literally any way to transfer games or game data from one Steam account to another? I understand that this is genrally not accepted to prevent multiple people from only purchasing one copy of a game, but I have a somewhat unique situation. My brother and I used to share one Steam account, my mother made it when we were kids so she had control over what games we could play and what content we viewed. Now, my brother and I are both grown, and our game data still resides on one shared account. The account is now under his email. Is it at all possible for me to migrate a few of those games to my current account (this one) given the circumstances? Thanks xo.

He can family share https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/57A7-503C-991F-E9A8 to your account but licences cannot be transferred along with data and any other information. Whoever created the account owns it and if access is ever lost, the person who created it will have to prove ownership so don't get into a pickle with that.
