How can I enable steam overlay in Roblox?

Before anyone says to add it as a Non-steam game in my library, I already did it, and I also added my browser (OperaGX) and it doesn't work, I don't know how to make the overlay appear

Has any other Roblox user actually managed this? The overlay can't be enabled for quite a few non-Steam games for various reasons. Sometimes even when a game is available on Steam, the non-Steam version cannot use the overlay, usually because Steamworks integration was required to make it work with the game's engine.

It's strange because all the games I've played on Steam have it, and all the Non-steam games I've played have worked perfectly with the steam overlay (Minecraft, Fortnite, Black ops 4 and Overwatch when it wasn't on Steam)
