I am writing to inquire about the possibility of transferring both offline and online achievements, as well as save data, for Forza Horizon 5 from one Steam account to another. My associated Microsoft account will remain the same for this transfer.

Specifically, I would like to transfer achievements and save data from my current Steam account (username: Kotik_25) to a new Steam account (username: vladka271).

Could you please clarify the following:

1. Is it possible to transfer both offline and online achievements and save data for Forza Horizon 5 to a different Steam account while retaining the same Microsoft account?
2. If a transfer is possible, what steps would I need to follow to ensure that both offline and online progress are correctly retained?
3. Would such a transfer comply with Steam’s policies, or would additional authorization from the game’s developers be required?
