question (i am new on steam)

hello everyone,
i am new on stream so i am trying to find my way.
i have a question, hopefully someone can answer it for me!
i just bought the new planet coaster 2 (pre-order) on my new steam account on my laptop.
if i want to buy a new laptop in a few months, will i be able to play planet coaster 2 on my new laptop by downloading the stream app and log in on my new laptop? (i understand that i will not have my game save on the new laptop, but i just want to make sure that i don't have to buy the game again.

You will still have it on your steam account so yes

Planet Coaster 2 also supports Steam Cloud by the way, i.e., synchronises configuration/savefiles to a bit of storage space you have on the Steam servers, meaning you'll even have your save on the new system.

i am hoping that i get to play tomorrow because i just looked at the RAM memory of my laptop and i am afraid it is too low for the game :( not sure what to do now

A game you bought is forever locked to your account. You can install/play it on as many different systems as you like as long as you use the Steam account that owns it.
So if your current laptop is too weak you can keep the game and play it in a few months when you get a better one.
OR you can refund the game ( if you purchased directly on Steam) and rebuy the game down the line when you have the new laptop. Which is most likey cheaper since PC games come down pretty fast in price.

You can play the game on any device. Do note you will have to download the game on each device however, regardless if you are using the same save files or not.
