My CS2 skins have disappeared
Hi,
After a guy who spammed me a report for "SCAM" with his discord group all because I didn't want to sell him my skins, surely he was the scammer... I was finally banned from Steam for Scam.. so to be sure I wanted to give my skins to my brother by making him an exchange offer but when we both confirmed, the skins completely disappeared...
So I contacted Support but they tell me that my skins were stolen but when I go to the exchange history it says: "You made a trade with ."
Which literally means that the exchange was not made with anyone... I'm lost if anyone knows a little I'll take it, thank you!

Your account is compromised.

Do the following:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Then why did you willingly give them up? Handing over your login details aligns perfectly with that choice.

Even if every steam user in the world reports your account, you won't get banned if you are not doing anything illegal.

They successfully intimidated you, made you want to safely keep your items by transferring, and they have kept a bot to intercept your trade.

Once you have done the steps in post #1 from rawR, you need to start looking at where the leaks came from (phishing and malware, most likely).

I understand what u say but why steam send me an alert and say to me to send my skins to a safe account in case they take out from my account ? I do what they said but because they said, i did it, and loose my items? I can't undestand really

That was the hijacker, not a real alert.

No! That is a scam, don't listen to whoever is telling you that.

He can drop whatever he want?

On my steam profile in big really?

Yes, he had access to your account and edited your profile. But he can't trade your items away without tricking you into confirming the trades for him, which is why he made up a bogus story about trading your items.

They have full access to your account, why not?

The only thing they cannot touch are your items because they need the steam guard confirmation, hence they fool you to do a 'transfer to keep your items safe'.
