Is there a way to bypass the Account Subcriptions page?

I am currently suffering a problem where I can no longer renew a subscription with GCash (it was specifically Hearts of Iron IV - Expansion Subscription - 3 months)

Essentially, the money in my GCash account was too low to pay for the renewal so Steam ended my subscription. When I had the money, I tried to resubscribe to it only to get redirected to https://checkout.steampowered.com/recurringsubscription/subscriptions/ , where I found there was a six-month option so I purchased that instead.

I then noticed that it was stuck in processing, so after reading the "Recurring subscriptions are regularly billed to your credit card on file" and realizing I don't have a card on file (I am on GCash), I decided to hop on to https://checkout.steampowered.com/checkout/?purchasetype=updatebillinginfo only to find that GCash as an option was nowhere to be found. I even decided to put a product on my cart to check if the GCash option was still available and lo and behold, https://checkout.steampowered.com/checkout/?accountcart=1 has the GCash option as default

The only option I can see is to find a way to bypass /subscriptions/ and instead be redirected to /checkout/, as that was the screen that allowed me to pay with GCash for the subscription in the first place (https://imgur.com/a/ZUD3R07 for evidence). Is there a way to do this, or am I screwed to be locked out of purchasing another subscription for the game using GCash?

account details > manage subscription > edit > cancel sub.
Restart Steam and renew it from "manage subscription".
