Unstable and slow loading on Steam
Hello everyone, somewhere in the middle of October I had such a problem - the download speed is acceptable at first, and then drops to 0, but my Internet speed is about 300 Mbps. I tried all possible methods to combat this - I changed the download region, cleared the cache, wrote commands to the Windows console under the administrator name (netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel =normal
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns), deleted the DiagTrack service, disabled the firewall, disabled Windows updates, disabled goodbyedpi, set Steam high priority, reinstalled Steam. I don't know what to do anymore. Please help me, thank you in advance

Make sure you have plenty of free work space, and could you also have the SSD write behind cache issue,

You seerm skill engohugh to know what it is then you know them cmd. ( plenty of other steam post already explan all this. if needed. )

Then drop to Zero, does this mean it start dl again then its a cache issue, or never do they it could be a antivirus app block issue at a specific point in % dl same place every time if not then it could be lack of free space, depend on the DL size.

DL size multiplyed by 3 is seen as have enough free work space , but dont count on boot OS disk , then you need way more free space.

If this is another BG 3 user on boot disk then have 650GB free can be seen as a most have
and thats why disk size is a issue and soon 1TB boot disk is a past depend on whats left at boot SSD disk ( assume you actual have other data on such disk )

Do note i pick that games as example becuase its DL size is 150gb and require even more space then needed.

ps.
Do note some steam games require SSD only now., ( Diablo IV ) is one of them.
