A transaction was made on the market without my consent !
A skin for a game I've never even launched (Dota 2), worth only €0.03, was purchased for the full amount in my wallet: €38!

€38 gone for a transaction I did not authorize!

I'd like to clarify that I have Steam Guard enabled, and my account is secure. This seems to be a strange error on Steam's part!

Steam: Give me my money back!

This is about more than just €38—it's a matter of trust. If I can’t trust Steam, I won’t be spending another cent on this platform!

and you did not use ypur steam login on others things then steam ?
Steam Guard is simply a tool to help with account security, not magic. Your account is compromised, so follow the steps to secure it.

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

All market transactions are final.
https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/61F0-72B7-9A18-C70B#refund
and steam is not gonna give your money back those market things are final and next time skeep your account secure is not steams fault that your screw up
Just because you have Steam Guard DOESN'T mean your account is always secure. If you give away your credentials to a scam site, you can still be hijacked. Just because you have locks on your front door doesn't mean your house can't be burgled or people can't enter it with a key.

Your credentials were captured somehow so if you didn't use 3rd party sites then you have installed tailored malware at some stage. Follow the steps given in #2.

I have this PC only for games, and I am the only one who does use it.
The only sides I use is GoG, MS Store, Epic Store, Ubisofts Uplay and Origin.

And the only device authorized is my PC.
Steam Guard is on. All security Software up-todate.

Check if anything in this guide seems to be familiar:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=784477482

Other than that - malware, spoofed site etc.

Then malware, or you used compromised site long time ago and whoever had access to your data simply waited.
First things first:

"Steam Support does not restore items that have left accounts for any reason, including trades, market transactions, deletions, or gifting."

https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/3B6E-B322-2400-8D24

Secondly, if your account would be as secure as you put it, there wouldn't be unauthorized market transactions, it's not rocket science.

So SOMEHOW, someone else uses your account to make those transactions happen.

Your answer is in the second reply, secure your account.

In the past PlayStation and Epic Store accounts were quite frequently hacked.
Criminals always find a away.
