Steam launcher is installed on my PC and its the only way I use it.
The only sides I use is GoG, MS Store, Epic Store, Ubisofts Uplay and Origin.
And the only device authorized is my PC.

Other than that - malware, spoofed site etc.
I use steam only to buy and play games.
I am the only person who does use this PC.
I dont use third party websites.
I use only steam launcher to play my games, I am not online wie Mozilla or Google Chrome.
Somehow still items were purchased via my account for 40 Euros ?

Secondly, if your account would be as secure as you put it, there wouldn't be unauthorized market transactions, it's not rocket science.
So SOMEHOW, someone else uses your account to make those transactions happen.
Your answer is in the second reply, secure your account.
