FC24 got ban by EA, can my FC25 get refund?
Hello, I just bought FC25 but can't play online. I just realized that I was banned from FC24 since September 24. I didn't even play at that time.

And now I bought FC25 without realizing that my EA account had been banned. Only played for 3 minutes, can I get a refund?

I saw the regulation that can't ask for a refund if I got banned. But I got a ban on the previous game.

And how long it takes for refund game after request it?

Refunds for titles purchased prior to launch date
When you buy a game on Steam before the launch date, the two-hour playtime limit for refunds usually applies (except for beta testing), but the 14-day period for refunds doesn't start until the launch date. For example, if you buy a game that is in Early Access or Advanced Access, all playing time counts against the two-hour playing time limit. If you pre-purchase a non-playable title before launch, you can request a refund at any time before launch, and the standard 14-day/two-hour refund period will begin on the game's launch date.

When Steam talk about bans they mean VAC bans and game bans on Steam. How are Valve meant to know you've been banned on EA's servers? They're a completely different company.

You have a request submitted. Just wait for a response. They will respond to you eventually.

Just got an email from steam, fortunately it is still refundable for the game. I applied for a refund from Friday, just got a refund email this Monday, informing that there is a delay and will be disbursed in 7 days. thanks for the response guys.
