You need to add $5 USD to your wallet, are you adding a different currency which would convert to less than $5 USD?

That's weird. Their name is shown on the forum and they are profile level 1.

but the profile shows lvl 1
and at least this <isLimitedAccount>0</isLimitedAccount>

You don't need to anymore. But you just add ?xml=1 to the end of your profile url.
