Pretty much all online games and games that use third party clients are.
Also listed on the store page " Notice: This game is excluded from Steam's Family Sharing service.".
Only for us Augmented Steam users, apparently.
Interesting.
All newer CoD titles from MW19 going forward do not support sharing.
Activision forgot about this feature being defaulted on when MWII launched and had disabled it on Halloween 2022, 3 days after it released and made sure no other new CoD is shared upon release.
