Why is my payment declined everytime I have to buy a new game ?
Everytime I try to buy a new game through my VISA card , my payment gets declined. I tried to remove my payment method and added it again, it worked then and there. But now I am trying to buy another game, it is showing the same error again

Here is what it says:

Your purchase has not been completed. Your credit card information has been declined by your credit card company.

Note that in some cases, your credit card company may put a 'hold' on funds in your account, but you will not be charged. After correcting any errors in the information displayed below, please try your purchase again.

Some credit/debit cards don't support international/external payment. so the workaround is that you need to create a VCC.

My credit card is one of them, maybe yours too.

doesnt matter. either you entered your information wrong or you need to talk to your payment provider about it. some payment providers will auto refuse purchases on steam or other gaming sites until you contact them and get it cleared up.

Well jokes aside, my bank is axis Bank. I have a debit card. I have been buying games from steam for a year now. I had no problems whatsoever till now. Now the errors shows after I put in CVV and confirm the purchase. Yesterday , I was ttrying to buy the forest and the same error occured. I removed my payment method from my account settings and re entered my card's info and tried to buy it again and it worked. But I tried this again now for the evil within but it didn't work now.
