Can I use Steam Wallet to buy a gift card?
I have a Wallet balance that I would like to use to buy a Gift Card (digital) but the only options seem to be using a credit card/PayPal. Is there a way to do this, or maybe a work-around like gifting them directly to the Steam user (recipient)?
