오전 4시 ~ 6시 정도에 사용하지도 않는 스팀 장터에서 멋대로 판매 및 구매 기록이 있습니다.
이메일 및 비번은 그대로지만 누군가 계정을 해킹했다는 것을 확신했습니다. 잃어버린 금액은 크지 않지만 이후 조치를 어떻게 취해야 할까요? 잃어버린 돈은 다시 받을 수 있을까요?
스팀 가드 및 이메일 2차 인증, 휴대폰 인증도 했는데 해킹당하니깐 많이 슬프네요;;

Steps to take NOW to secure the account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

As for items or wallet funds lost... no you will not get them back.
