Monster Train Steam and GOG file/achievement transfers

I own both Monster train on Steam and recently bought it on GOG for the sake of a digital copy. Is there a way to being my progress over to GOG's version so I don' t have to unlock everything all over again? I've found the folder in Appdate/locallow/shineyshoe but is this the steam folder or the GOG folder that I'm in and can this be done?
