Is it possible to play with steam cloud offline?

Hello everyone, as per title: is it possible to play a game offline using the saves stored on Steam Cloud?
In particular, I would like to try to play Cyberpunk on my Asus Rog Ally by using my Steam Cloud saves while I will be taking an intercontinental trip (about 8 hours by plane).

If you don't have internet access, of course you can't access the cloud, which is a resource that requires an internet connection.

If it were me I'd just make sure the saves for all the games I wanted to play were synced up before the trip. Saves would be handed locally on the device while you're offline, and at some point when you are able to get online, any games that support cloud saves will re-sync with the cloud.

No biggie, nothing to fuss over.

The scenario you describe is no different from one in which you play the game offline for say 8 hours at home. If the locally saved game files are synced with the cloud prior to your trip then you will continue where you left off. When you return home, you will need to be online and allow Steam to upload the progress if you want to be able to continue the games on a different computer or device. For some games, achievements earned during offline play may never trigger or be lost and need to be redone while online. Furthermore, not all games support Steam Cloud.

Yes, obviously I would sync the saves before the trip, when I can still connect to the cloud.
I just wanted to know if, once synced, I would be able to play offline without any problems.
