Issue with price for bundle being different.
Why does the Hearts of Iron IV: Ultimate Bundle say it cost $48.31 in the shop, but then when I add it to my cart it is $60.30? It's not taxes - I have another one in there that shows correct price.

Yes. So owning an item invalidates the bundle and makes me pay more? Seems stupid.

There are two types of bundles. Complete the Set and Purchase Together.

Complete the Set is for those who already own the base game and maybe some of the dlc so the price is discounted accordingly.

Purchase Together is for a first time purchaser whether at full price or discounted but is only available as a gifting option if you already own the game. Note: it will still show items you own.


Developers, publishers determine which type of bundle is offered.
