Rather than take personal responsibility for your actions you place the blame on system that would have automatically refunded you if you had stopped playing.
As for being a loyal customer you have 1+ games on an account which is 3+ years old.
You should have waited till you had heard back from them before deciding to play further.
The balls to even claim "loyalty" in this, it's quite clear there is no loyalty if this is the response when you don't get your way. So don't invoke something that has no value or worth, thank you.
You can try a manual ticket. Normally I'd post how, but not for this.
Don't see how that is unfair, you purposely went over the refund limit and then complained that you were over the limit...
That's good.
That's bad.
As would be expected.
With yourself... right? Because that is where the issue happened.
And here we go, the usual "the rules should not apply to me because I am so special".
Well, you learned something valuable, you are not special, the world does not revolve around you, the rules apply to you as they do anyone else.
You can try to make a manual ticket, but you'd best bne advised to change that attitude if doing so.
You see how silly this sounds when you apply the same logic in a different scenario?
