How do I contact shipping to fix shipping address
I love my steam deck so much, I bought one for my son for Christmas, but it's shipping to my address, not his. How do I fix this?

Help -> Steam Support -> Purchases -> I need help with a previous purchase or shipping. -> Select the Steam Deck purchase -> I have a question about this purchase -> Please provide details about the issue you are having: -> State your issue in an elaborate and courteous manner (wrong shipping address) -> Send

Then wait until Steam Support gets back to you. This can take multiple days.

Wait till you get it then just give it to him or send on to him. Probably the quickest method postage is pretty bogged down for physical stuff. Steam could take while also once in transit it cant be changed. Did you get a tracking number?

If it's on the way to you, I talk from experience that no matter how hard you and Valve try, it won't be rerouted.

If it hasn't shipped yet, you should be able to update it on the purchase.
