Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller appearing as HID Keyboard Device (code 10)

Hey everyone, was looking to see if anyone has any device regarding this issue, raised this on Reddit/Microsoft Forums and pretty much no response.

Wired, seems to be appearing fine as an xbox controller.
But when i connected wirelessly to the controller it appears as the following

Just identified as a HID Keyboard Device (code 10)
Controller still fully works (the only reason im digging further into this is that previously when this happened my PC began to blue screen when i connected this controller as the driver on it seem s to be messing up the PC.
I have uninstalled all relevant drivers, same thing.
Updated/Downgrade the controller, same thing.

This is the second controller i have purchased that has done the same thing.
If i also plug the controller into another device, it appears as the same thing.

Unsure if anyone has any advice regarding this.

DISM, then SFC, restart, then re-pair the thing - see if that helps a bit - never downgrade the controller (worst thing you could do).
