Temporary download location

I was solving another problem when I noticed that steam stores temporary files for downloads to my file-storage HDD instead of either of my SSDs. I just realised that has been the bottleneck in terms of speed for downloading games for me since my internet is very fast.

Combined i have 1.5TB of SSD space I would prefer it use that to speed up installing games.

Any way I can change the folder it uses for temporary downloads? Both Steam and the game in question were on the SSD.
