if i buy a game from the bundle before buying that bundle, then refund that bundle, do i also lose that game?

for example i buy portal 1 and half life 2, after that i buy the orange box, then refund the orange box.
would i lose portal 1 and half life 2, or only the games i haven't bought seperately?

Steam has had a lot of issues with bundle refunds in the past so although it should only refund what you purchased as part of the bundle completion, the process could turn into a mess and a) you get rejected for exceeding the two hour limit because of past purchases unrelated or b) they refund your new games but the old purchases also get removed.

Thankfully in recent memory, it should tell you what products will be removed so you don't have to worry about this too much.

yeah it said what products would be removed but some people online said otherwise, so i'd thought i would ask

its been changed many times.....at one point you could only buy what you did not have even if you clicked the bundle option.....at one point it even changed the price you paid based on what you already owned.....so a 100 dollar bundle for say everything FALLOUT would show up to you for say 40 bucks because you already owned 4 with all the DLCs......

then it was full price no matter what with a warning saying you already own this or that and will be buying it again without getting a second game COA for the money......
