Can i gift outside the PSN Zone?
I wanna gift a friend a Playstation game on steam that he cant buy himself as he is outside the PSN area.

Have anyone tried it? Steam dosnt stop me like other region locked games but i cant help but doubt if it really works.

As they are outside the PSN area, the answer is more likely no because if the game in question requires a PSN account they would not be able to register an account.
