Steam Trade Ban

A while ago back in 2017 - 2019 I had inadvertently signed into some 3rd party website that stole all my items, trading them away. I've accepted that fact and moved now; however, it seems that I've been trade banned for this. I was wondering if it was possible to get unbanned? steam doesn't really have a support I can reach out to for this I don't think. I want to clarify I know that steam does not solve issues with the lost items I just want to be able to trade again. looking for any suggestions! Thanks!

The account is you are posting from is not trade banned. What message are you getting when you try to trade?

Edit: Part of it might be that you change your name recently.

When I go to the steam support trading tab is say "Your account currently cannot participate in trading." and just recommends to read the FAQs on trade bans .I'm not directly trying to trade but im trying to use my skins on an external site. but I looked through all my privacy setting and nothing. I have the auth app ever since i got scammed a few years ago so its not that. Idk that I'm missing.

The unfortunate part about the new profile name change trading cooldown (4 hour cooldown every time you change your profile name) is that page (linked below) will only state, "we have confirmed your account is unable to trade" generic message. Leaving people wondering wtf is going on.

The error while you trade during this cooldown is error (34).

It took a while earlier this year to figure out Valve silently added the new cooldown.
