How can I move game files from one external drive to another?

I have downoad f1 24 when that was gratis, but now i want to buy the game but i need to move the files in an another hard disk. How can i do this?

That depends on how you got them there in the first place. A Steam abvkuo or have you jsut copied the game folder there?
