When does the seasonal badge rotate?

I make it a habit to always get the level 40 badge but if the badge rotates next week I won't have time to get the last 9000 points I need.

i think the new badge will be at 27th, when the sale starts.

You still got a month, it rotates twice a year, in the summer and wintersale.

Doesn't the winter sale start next week like Smoke says? This was my worry. If I have a month I can get friends to spam awards and I can have the points in two weeks.
