Fatal Error - Resident Evil 6

I keep getting the error:

F_FAIL: IRender ->getDevice0->CreateQuery(D3DQUERYTYPE_OCCLUSION,&mpQuery(1 fatal error steam

Does anyone know how to fix this? Its not letting me get to the credits scene in the beginning of the game. No idea what to do.
