Store: sorting criteria in wishlist no longer remains

Hi everyone!

I use the wishlist as a fast monitor to see, if games of my interest are on a discount. So I chose sorting by discount instead of default. This is no longer permanent. Everytime Steam client was freshly started sorting is back to default. Very annoying ...

Does anyone know how to fix this?

same problem i think valve should fix it. old wishlist is already perfect.

I sort the same way. It's really annoying having to keep setting it to sort by discount every time steam is opened. What's even the point of the sort options if they won't remain permanent?

Valve "should" have this fixed after maintenance on Tuesday.

It's now June of 2025 and they have yet to fix the wish list bug. I prefer to see my wish list by my rank not what is on discount but it keeps defaulting back to discount. I use to be able to view my wish list by "Your Rank" and it would be on "Your Rank" by default but one day it just started going to discount by default and I didn't change a thing. It's really annoying to have to change it over to "Your Rank" every time I go to view my wish list. I wish they would fix that but if they haven't by now they most likely never will sadly.
