Minimum requirements and old PC

I'm using an old PC and can't play many games, especially the "heavy ones" which demand modern hardware. For demos such as Syberia and others I get the error:

My PC config is this:
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
DELL Precision T1700
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1226 v3 @ 3.30GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.3GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
DirectX 12
Card name: NVIDIA NVS 315; DAC type: Integrated RAMDAC

Is anybody willing to tell me what I can/can't play with this PC?

That Unity error with the Syberia games usually gets fixed by checking file integrity via Steam.

Your hardware is not just old. Xeon processors and Nvidia Quadro video cards are for workstations and servers, and they were not designed for gaming. They date back to 2014 or so, so you might have success running games from the early 2010s, such as Skyrim, XCOM: Enemy Unknown, and Tropico 4. I wouldn't expect miracles, though.
