(Linux) Games freeze when they have focus
I'm running steam on Ubuntu 24.04. Everything up to date.

Games ran just fine before. Now suddenly when I start a game, I get 1-2 seconds of normal speed (logo's run and such) but then the game just freezes. Doing an ALT-TAB to get another window to the front takes about 10 seconds, but as long as there is a window in front of the game (can be a very small window) the game runs fine behind it. Switching back freeze up the game again.

Anybody run into this issue?

si a todo
Hey i found a fix, if you use Nvidia you just need to turn off "Force Composition Pipeline" in Nvidia X Server Settings, apply and save.
That worked for me, after that you would probably need to use something like GOverlay to force Vsync on Vulkan games.
