Installing steam games to a flash drive on chrome os
For the life of me I can't seem to figure out how to install steam games to a flash drive when running steam linux on a chromebook please help me I don't have enough space on my chromebook lenovo 100e so I want to install the games directly to my flash drive not the laptop storage but it doesn't seem to work please please help me I'm this close to smashing my ♥♥♥♥ and saying ♥♥♥♥ video games

Well, to be fair, you are using the Chromebook in a way it was not intended to be.

Also, the only copy of the SteamOS that is currently available for install on devices other than the Deck is not the one on the Deck. It's an older, discontinued version. SteamOS 3 hasn't been released for open use yet.

That might be preventing your ability to use the flash drive as a storage library.

The steam application doesn't support being installed on an external drive
