Limited User Accounts
im using my account everyday but steam limited my account and i cant pay 5$ but i want to add friend and buy badge:steamsad::steamthumbsdown:

You either need to add $5 or spend this amount or more in the Steam Store yourself.

If your friend is not limited, they can send you a friend invite.

The only way you can remove the limited status on the account is to either fund your Steam Wallet or make a Store purchase of at least $5 with an external payment method.
